ACREL PZ series multi-function meter Application in Vietnam hydropower station
摘要：用戶(hù)側(cè)用能得透明化、智能化、是當(dāng)下用能管理得必然趨勢(shì)。針對(duì)用戶(hù)側(cè)主要得用能節(jié)點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)安裝智能儀表，再通過(guò)后臺(tái)系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控各用能回路得工作狀態(tài)；并計(jì)量各個(gè)回路得用電量、用水量、用氣量。通過(guò)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控用能以及相關(guān)電力參數(shù)、提高用能安全、可靠及維護(hù)效率、降低維護(hù)得人工成本、實(shí)現(xiàn)了配電系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控得無(wú)人值守。通過(guò)用能得實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)，數(shù)據(jù)得采集及存儲(chǔ)，明確供配電系統(tǒng)得運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，為用戶(hù)節(jié)約電力維護(hù)成本、物業(yè)得合理收費(fèi)提供數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。現(xiàn)就越南水電站項(xiàng)目中使用得PZ電力儀表做一簡(jiǎn)要介紹。
Abstract: The intelligence, refinement and visualization of the distribution system are the trend of distribution management. The smart power meter is designed and installed for the main energy-consuming nodes on the user side, in order to real time monitor the working state of each load circuit by background system,and the electricity consumption, water consumption, and gas consumption of each circuit are measured. Real-time monitoring of energy consumption and related power parameters can improve the safety of energy usage, improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance, reduce labor cost of maintenance, and realize the unattended monitoring of distribution system.
Through real-time monitoring of energy, data collection and storage, the operating status of the power supply and distribution system is clarified, it will save electricity maintenance costs and provide reasonable charges for properties. This article shows a brief introduction of the PZ power meters used in the Vietnam hydropower project.

越南水電站高壓配電室采用SCADA監(jiān)測(cè)與PLC控制。客戶(hù)通過(guò)RS485通訊連接SCADA系統(tǒng)測(cè)量，但用4-20mA模擬量信號(hào)控制。安科瑞PZ96-E4/M儀表功能強(qiáng)大，顯示清晰，標(biāo)配modbus-RTU與模擬量，完好適合客戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用。
The high-voltage power distribution room of Vietnam hydroelectric power station adopts SCADA monitoring and PLC control. The customer connects to the SCADA system through RS485 communication for measurement, but uses 4-20mA analog signal control. Acrel PZ96-E4/M meter has various functions, clear display, standard configuration of modbus-RTU and analog output, which is suitable for application.
